First Day in Spain

Spain is gorgeous! In Cadiz all the streets are cobble stone and are very narrow most of them more like allies then actual streets. These streets open up into big squares. All the buildings seem to be 3 - 6 stories tall some with towers that were used by merchants to see ships coming. The windows are all covered in fancy iron bars that my tour guild said is purely decoration and that windows without them look weird and naked. At 3:00 the streets were basically empty for siesta time. It is very hot and humid here but even with these summer like conditions they still consider it to be fall because it is September.
